Cancellation Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, we do not charge you for the next month.
This page summarizes how cancellation works. The binding terms are Section 5.9 and Section 14 of our Terms of Service; where this summary and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
1. How to cancel
If you pay by card, open the billing portal from your dashboard and cancel there. Cancelling takes the same number of steps as signing up, and needs no phone call, no email, and no explanation.
If your organization is invoiced directly rather than paying by card, tell us you do not want to renew and we will stop the next invoice. Reach us through the support form or at [email protected].
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and you keep full access to the proxy network and your remaining plan data for the rest of that cycle.
Plans paid by cryptocurrency buy a fixed run of months outright and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: access simply ends when the paid term ends.
3. Refunds
We do not refund the remainder of a cycle you have already paid for, because you keep the service for the whole of it. Two exceptions:
- Where the law that applies to you gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, that right applies and overrides this section.
- Where we have charged you in error, we refund the incorrect charge.
Plan data does not carry over past the cycle it belongs to, and is not refundable as money. See Section 5 of the Terms.
4. Your account and your data
Cancelling a plan does not delete your account. Your login, organization, and usage history remain, so you can start a new plan later without setting everything up again.
To delete your account or organization outright, use the controls in the dashboard. Deleting is separate from cancelling and is not reversible. See our Privacy Policy for what we retain afterwards and for how long.
5. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or end an account for the reasons set out in Section 14 of the Terms and in our Acceptable Use Policy, such as non-payment or abuse of the network. Where we end a paid plan for any reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of the cycle.
6. Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want help cancelling, contact us through the support form or at [email protected] and a person will reply.
