Location targeting
Restrict a credential's exits to one US location with the _loc_<CODE> suffix, and the list of location codes.
Append _loc_<CODE> to the username to only use exits in one location:
mlabs_a1f9c3_loc_NYC:<PASSWORD>@proxy.masklabs.io:8080
To combine with a sticky session, put the location first:
mlabs_a1f9c3_loc_NYC_sticky:<PASSWORD>@proxy.masklabs.io:8080

Availability
A location is only served while it has an exit up. The dashboard's endpoint
builder and GET /api/v1/proxy in the API show the current
list. A request for a location with no available exit fails rather than
falling back to another location. If that keeps happening,
contact support.
